We have put together the most Frequently Asked Questions for you so you can (hopefully) get an answer to your question without too much hassle

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. To start a return or exchange, please e-mail us at orexis@orexisjewellery.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours with details on how to process your return or exchange. We don’t offer returns for products that you received more than 14 days ago. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return or exchange.Sale items, custom orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must be in its original condition.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the purchase you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

If the product you ordered doesn’t fit properly or is not to your liking, you’re able to exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. Your first exchange / resizing of an item is free, any following exchange or resizing of that same item will require an additional fee. To start an exchange, please email us at orexis@orexisjewellery.com and we will be in touch within 24 hours with further instructions on your exchange process. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges on products that you received more than 30 days ago.

We are striving to create the highest quality of handmade jewelry for our customers. That means we will offer repair guarantee on all items purchased on www.orexisjewellery.com. Please note that we do not offer repair on any items purchased outside of our own website Receipt must be presented to get a free repair. 

The repair guarantee covers the following:

- Broken string or elastic

- Cracked beads

- Damaged lock or closurePlease 
Note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration of beads and leather.

So should the accident happen that your jewellery breaks then we will repair it at no cost. just contact us at orexis@orexisjewellery.com and we will help you.

We offer a range of different sizes to make sure that your Orexis piece fits you perfectly.  ex.: Our bracelets vary from a size XXS to a size LXX.

If you’re unsure of your wrist or ring size, you can look at our size guides in the main menu. 

If you can't fit our sizes, we will be able to custom make some of our bracelets and rings to fit you. Please get in contact with us by emailing orexis@orexisjewellery.com about any inquiry of custom sizes.

We are making every piece of jewellery by hand and that means we will always try to customize the jewellery if you have any special wishes. Write to us at orexis@orexisjewellery.com and we will see if we can make your wish come true.
