This beaded bracelet is crafted by hand from a strong 100% nylon string. The bracelet opens by pulling the beads closest to the lock in opposite directions and closes by pulling the small, dangling beads in opposite directions. 

Please note that all our pieces are crafted by hand and may therefore vary slightly in size, shape, and color.

Up-cycled Piece

When buying these bracelets, you are helping to make a difference, as the Jasper stones and spacers are recycled. The stones are from Anna who also comes from Nivaa, Denmark. Anna’s little girl was using these beads to survive a life with undiagnosed APD (auditory processing disorder). She is now 18 and is finally diagnosed. she got her first hearing aid from USA and can now live an almost normal life. That means she doesn’t need the beads anymore so she donated them too me so I can recycle them. The spacers are recycled from jewellery I have received from Anni (Nivå, Denmark). Anni had her own jewellery company before she unfortunately got cancer. Among the jewellery she made, Anni has made jewellery for cancer patients, which over time startet a tradition where those who managed to beat the cancer, passed on their jewellery, to someone who was still in the fight against the cancer. The jewellery became a symbol of fighting on for the one who had it. The spacers come from jewellery that Anni unfortunately could not sell and has now got new life.
